1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging and seals fully intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team. When reaching out, include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping

Sovynra LLC covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns. A prepaid return label will be provided, and no restocking fees are charged.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically appear within a few business days after approval.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged or missing seals are non-returnable, except in cases where the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once shipped, the order will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We offer free shipping on all orders, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
